The boxes
A half dozen, or a full dozen.
One flavour throughout, or any two split evenly. To try all three, order two boxes. It is the surest way to find your favourite.
As a gift
A box at their door, and your words inside it.
Tick “It’s a gift” when you order. We bring the box to them, or they collect it in Allen, and the order emails come to you. Add a message and Samar writes it by hand on a small card in the box. All they have to do is open it.

How it’s made.

The shell
Pastry made from scratch, rested, rolled and pressed by hand into each ring. The slightly irregular rim is the tell that a person made it.

The filling
Ganache, frangipane or crème pâtissière, cooked for your order and never from a tub.

The finish
Fruit and almond set by hand, one tart at a time. No two boxes are laid out quite the same way.

Before you order
The usual questions.
How much notice do you need?
Order by 4 pm CT two days before your day: Tuesday at 4 pm for a Thursday delivery or pick-up. Nothing is pre-made. The tarts are baked the day before you receive them, for the date you choose.
What sizes do the boxes come in?
Two: a half dozen (6 tarts) at $35, and a full dozen (12 tarts) at $70.
Can I mix flavours in one box?
Yes. A box is all one flavour, or any two split evenly: a mixed half dozen is three of each, a mixed full dozen six of each. A box holds two flavours at most, so for all three, order two boxes. You choose on the order page.
Where do you deliver?
Across Dallas–Fort Worth, by hand, from our kitchen in Allen. Close in, that is Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Richardson, Wylie and the towns around them. Further out, it is cities such as Dallas, Irving, Denton, Grapevine and Arlington, and the places in between. The delivery page lists every city and town, and checks your ZIP code. How much is delivery?
It depends on the drive from our kitchen in Allen: $7 for up to 30 minutes, $14 for 30 to 45 minutes, $21 for 45 to 60 minutes. It is free when your tarts come to $105, $140 or $210 for those same distances. Orders 45 to 60 minutes away start at $70 of tarts. Pick-up is free. The order page shows your exact fee before you pay.
How do I place an order?
On the order page, the only way to order. Choose your boxes, delivery or pick-up, a day and a time, then pay on Stripe's secure page by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link. Order by 4 pm CT two days before your day. You can book up to 30 days ahead.
